Wedding Carriages at Eilean Donan Castle

Victorian Wedding Carriage
We decorate the wedding carriage with flowers and ribbons and after the ceremony (if you would like us to) hang a “Just Married” sign on the rear for a bit of fun.

The wedding carriage has easy access and is particularly suitable for long wedding dresses.

This carriage has been lovingly restored to its former glory in royal blue with gold coachwork and matching velvet upholstery.

There is also a hood on the wedding carriage that can be raised if it rains.

Traditionally Dressed Driver
A traditionally dressed driver and groom will ensure personal attention and cater for your every need leaving the bride and groom free to relax and enjoy their day.

We use our Clydesdale horse called Benny to pull the wedding carriage and he will revel in all the attention your wedding guests will give him. Benny is extremely placid and will stand as long as you need to ensure you get all your wedding photos.
